At my practice we can explore any issues that are adversely affecting your life today.

From me, you can expect a reliable, non-judgemental base to talk things through. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy so I draw on a range of approaches including Gestalt, Person-centred, Solution-focussed, CBT, internal family systems and mindfulness therapies. This multi-disciplinary approach allows me to better cater to your specific needs and help you find better ways to manage your mental health, resolve focussed issues and improve your daily life.

I came to therapy through personal experience. I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease aged 10 which led to severe anxiety, depression and, eventually, addiction. Therapy helped me rebuild my life from the inside out, and that journey inspired me to become a therapist myself. Prior to becoming a mental health worker, I worked as a tradesman for 15 years. I am trained as an integrative therapist with a degree in Psychodynamic Counselling.
